E90 LCI Xenon Retrofit Coding FRM2 (BMW Codierung, Diagnose und Programmierung Forum)

Hi guys,

can anyone help me?

I have a E90 LCI from 12/2008 with an "FRM2 LED NSW" and halogen lights.

I have retrofit an used Bi-Xenon lights and an FRM2 LED XE with part number 61359204536.

But xenon lights does not work...

Do i have to flash the "used" FRM2 LED XE with WINKFP first with VIN? 
Where can i find the correct ZUSB-NR for this?

After i change VIN with WINKFP, do i have to do "SG_Codieren" with empty .MAN file in NCS Expert?

Or can i use ISTA/P and then "Retrofit Xenon"?
