Dear everybody,
I've a BMW 220D Gran Tourer and unfortunately I don"t have the Speed Limit Info despite the fact I"ve navigation plus. I"ve contacted one company which offered to upgrade it saying that they could do it by upgrading the software and insert a BMW Key they need to buy from BMW. I"ve contacted BMW as well and BMW told me that I cannot have Speed Limit Info once I don"t have the package related to autopilot with the stop and go function. Do I loose warranty by doing it ? Is the upgrade offered to me from a third part shop legal ? Could I make the upgrade via some coding ?
I want to have this function on my car and as I"m not experienced with BMW I"d like to ask for support from the forum participants.
