Beitrag von: InZane Date: 27.07.2006 Thema: Fahrwerk, 316i Coupe ---------------------------------------------------------- Hi... I'm a guy from Denmark so i'm gonna write this in english. First of all here is some data upon my car: BMW E36 316i M43 Coupe, Type 3B 7/1995. I've been looking at some Fahrwerke at eBay.de but don't know which one to buy. I've just mounted my rims (8x18" ET38 225/40-18) and I already now I have problems on the rear end when i cross a bump (see picture below). How much can I lower my car? I would like to see some pictures of different coupe's (4 cyl. prefered) and some details about their lowering kits. What is the main difference between Type 3B, 3/B, 3C and 3/C? I would really like a Weitec kit on my car, but I can only find one which fit 3C. Here is what I had in mind: Link Main concern: 60mm in front Link Main concern: Quality Link Main concern: Does it fit my car? (9/91- but some kits go from 91-92 thats why I'm concerned) Link Main concern: Same as the above mentioned Weitec kit Link Main concern: 60/30 is it too low? It does come in a 40/30 version, will it fit better? Link Main concern: Quality Link Main concern: Does it fit my car? Link Main concern: Quality and how would 40/20 look like? Link Main concern: Quality Please tell me which lowering kit you would choose and why. I prefer a price below 400€ please have that in mind and the fact that a 316i is no racer, so I don't need "the top of the top". It's got to be firm and then yet still got be comfortable. I really hope some of you can help me. I haven't been able to find any help in Denmark. The 4 cyl. coupe is not a common car here. Mine is a importcar from Germany. ![]() ![]() |

This you should let do in a tuning garage with so a tool: Bördelgerät Zitat: So as it look at the picture, front 60mm / rear 30mm Lower ist always possible, but it is hand in hand with more work on the car. Zitat: Look at the E36 Coupe Fotostory´s Good makers from suspensions: No1. Bilstein/ No2. H&R / No3. KW/ then FK/ K.A.W/ Weitec/ Koni Bearbeitet von - Weiß-Blau-Fan-Rude am 28.07.2006 00:07:00 |
