That second plug is for the ASR (whatever that is) and you don´t need to have in plugged in. I was right with my idea! It´s the imobilizer which causes the problem. Autor: profiler Datum: 06.01.2005 Antwort: ---------------------------------------------------------- hey all, since i have been over here in the states i have been doing some research. this guy i met at the bmw dealer told me that i could try and find a wiring harrness and a cumputer of an older 2.5. which takes out the ews system. they also said what bipolar said earlier bout changing all the locks and ignition. but i think there is another way to do it. bilal there is a place that i can get 5.5" screens for like 179.00. but ill be back on tuesday morning and we can do some brain storming. life is too short to be safe. live each day as if it was your last. http://members.cardomain.com/profiler |
