Servus, wie die Überschrift schon sagt hat es heute, vor ca. 115 min meine Elite ermittelt. R.O.D. Hat jmd. eine ahnugn ob sich eine Rep. lohnt? Und an wen muss man sich wenden. Die schicken dann UPS zu dir nach hause, die holen die Konsole ab und nach ca 2 Wochen bekommst se entweder repariert zurück oder bekommst ne neue. War bei mir auch so. |

Hardwarefehler. Gott sei Dank kein R.O.D. allerdings läuft das bestimmt auf das Gleiche hinaus. :( Was hast du denn bezahlt für die Rep.? Autor: Volente Datum: 01.07.2010 Antwort: ---------------------------------------------------------- Ja ok das is zwar kein ROD aber wie gesagt läufts auf das selbe hinaus :) Reperatur sollte nichts kosten, da es ja einn Garantie fall ist. Es sei denn deine Konsole is älter als 2 Jahre. Dann keine ahnung. Ist die Konsole gebannt von Xbox Live? Wenn ja ist dein Garantie ansbruch auch weg und Microsoft nimmt die Konsole nicht einmal an. Autor: MTnippon Datum: 01.07.2010 Antwort: ---------------------------------------------------------- Also lt. der XBox-Live Seite bietet Microsoft eine Gewährleistung für'n ROD sowie die Fehlermeldung E74 (liegt bei mir vor) an. Ich hab meine Konsole am 13.12.2007 gekauft. Dahingehend müsste die Gewährleistung greifen. Wenn ich überlege...das Ding hat damals 449 Euro gekostet. Na ja, Dummerweise kommt bei der Auslösung eines Rep.-Auftrages (XBox-Live) immer die Fehlermeldung, dass der Auftrag derzeit nicht bearbeitet werden kann. Hm.... Das Problem scheint bekannt und bzgl. der Rep. wurde keinerlei Anstalten gemacht. im Gegenteil, ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die genau auf sowas gefasst waren. Gleich am nächsten Tag kam UPS vorbei und hat meine 360 zur inst. abgeholt. Und nicht mal eine Woche später hatte ich sie zurück. Das ganze hat mich nix gekostet. Super Service! Da könnte sich manch namenhafter Autohersteller mal ne Scheibe abschneiden wenn es wieder heißt: Kulanz bei bekannten Problemen?!
