I personaly have no experience with this company but I wouldn't be afaraid to buy a car there. Seems to be an average German car dealer with typical prices you can find all over the country. It's always a matter of luck to buy a used car, but in this case (..if I was you) I would contact the company (olaf.sievers@autotreffpunkt.com is one of their sales managers) and ask whatever you like to know. Maybe I’ll give it one more last chance on the address you recommend? I’ve had some bad experiences in the past calling dealers and talking english, with them just hanging up. But, they could just use Google Translate to write me back and tell me they don't. The text I wrote them was: Hello. If this car is still available for sale, can you please answer me a few questions? - Can you supply me with the VIN-number of the car? Can you please tell me when these items are to be changed (kilometres left)? - Engine oil (Motoröl) - Air-conditioning filter (Mikrofilter) - Break fluid (Bremsflüssigkeit) - Rear Brake (Bremse hinten) - Front Brake (Bremse vorn) - Air filter (Luftfiltereinsatz) - Diesel filter (Dieselkraft stofffilter) Is it possible for you to send me a scan/copy of the Service History of the car? And, does the car come with one or two sets of tires? (Summer, Winter or the All-Year-Round version?) If were to purchase this car, are you able to help me obtain the German Export Licence plates (Ausfuhr-Kennzeichen - Internationale Zulassung) in advance, since I’m planning on coming down myself to pick up the car. Autor: DerBMWFahrer Datum: 18.12.2009 Antwort: ---------------------------------------------------------- Hello Rune, as there has been a series of frauds with "potential car buyers" from the outside germany (especially from UK and Scandinavia) that via english e-mails contacted several private and professional sellers asking for the same data like you did, they maybe think you are some of that kind (trying to get data to make falsified car documents).
