Thema: Verkabelung des Bi-Xenon vom Compact
----------------------------------------------------------
Hi Guys

Hoping the mods dont move this to the english section and someone witha E46 compact can help me. I have just installed my BiXenon lights but i need someone to help me hopefully to take some photos of their E46 Compact with Xenons, I need pictures of how the lights are wired up as I understand there is an adapter cable which wires up the BiXenon shutter

My Xenons work fine, just not the Shutter (which is on the Ballast). My car's computer has been programmed for BiXenon already.

Hope someone can help!

Thanks

Translation attempt:

Dastrix, could this be of any help? ->

"good daayy maaade!"
I´m not pretty sure what you mean by shutter, but i guess it has somthing to do with the regulation of the lights. did you put the ultrasonic sensor`s under the car? you need to put one near the right front and one near the right back tire/wheel and then their is a special cable which you need to get from your bmw dealer. this cable is connected to the head light center and the 2 sensors. normaly you can get a built-plan form your dealer as well...

oh and if you are talking about the littel cable which you need for the "BI" xenon to have the real bixenon- you`ll also get from your next :)... this is kinda like plug an play!

hahah!! :D GDAY! :)

Well, my car has manual leveling, so no motors under the car. I have a dial on my switch to move up/down.

My question relates to the BiXenon connector on the Xenon Ballast and how to wire it :)

Maybe a BMW E46 Compact owner with Xenons can take a photo of theirs?

Thanks
