Frontenhausen vs. Bietigheim-Bissingen ? 12.07. (Geplaudere Forum)

I just realized that there are 2 meetings this saturday..

and Bietigheim-Bissingen is about 70km instead of 300km (frontenhausen).

Where are you guys goin`?

@moment I prefere Bietigheim-Bissingen.. it seams to be also a good&big car show..

I prefer Frontenhausen for 3 reasons:
1. it is in its 7th Year and they know how to do it. For the last 2 years it was outstanding. Almost 1000 cars. Huge!

2. This other on eis in its first year... nuff said

3. The one in Stuttfart is primarilty for 7's.

As I drive a 5 it doesnt sound right.



By that logic the choice is clear...

But I have to factor in how much money I have for Gas and Hotels.. Then think about who I know is going and how many people will be there.
True we should be there to have fun with others not just the ones you know but, you need a base to start off with.
A core of friends makes it easier.

So i am waiting for answers to where everyone else is going so I can make a decision... I might just stay home.

i started about thinking to maybe GO to frontenhausen.. but THEN i put the data into map24.de to realy compare both..

It gives me a 420 km ! instead of 100..

I think I will go to the show near stuttgart and later in the season.. if there are the meetings with no other one on the same day like Köln or Rothenburg.. then go to these meetings which are also quite a few kilometers away..

I also think it is only organised by a 7er club.. but the fakt that they vote ALL cars and categories shows me, that everybody is welcome..

but this is only for me! a am sure the are also a lot of syndikat people going to frontenhausen.. at last all these coming from nürnberg and munic which are quite a lot!

Just as a side note... I started another thread here about getting a Hotel room in Hohenfels. It is still an option...

I´m in Frontenhausen, that´s a good reason to attend the meeting in Frontenhausen.

normally that is a good reason. But financially it still is not sound.

Just decided that we will be in Stuttgart. Not Frontenhausen.

I will have My kids with me and that was the deciding factor.

I think I will go to with you guys. To Bietigheim that is....Frontenhausen would not be so bad if I had the money. But after getting my car out of the shop and paying all that money for a rental car I am nearly broke already for the month!
