It costs 89euro and I just had it replaced but i dont know what it is......

i think it is your air flow meter had to be reset... The words "motorentluftung" ... I mean motor- and Luftung...
ersetzen - is real close to reset.
so that is the guess form a half Blerman...

realy difficult to explain. But this thing seperates Oil from Air. Your engine has a rubber pipe where air can get in an out of the engine (pressure exchange) an this piece you had replaced seperates oil from the air so the oil does not get blown into the air intake where the rubber pipe ends.

I hope you understand what i mean
