See here is my deal.. Most people join a BMW club to get something out of it. That is the reality. Be it help with their car or just somewhere to get discounts, or high performance parts.

So being as we dont pay taxes (Americans)we are the premiere BMW club already. most places the most discounts you can get is 10%. We (Americans) get 16% right off the top.

Now we all happen to find a few spots "in the cut" so to speak. You know the little hide away shops that noone will ever see.

Spots like:
Tire man in Viernheim. 200 Euro for 4 tires mounted and balanced (15 and 16 only).
so if we can put our spots out there we can all benefit.

Like I said in another thread I am hooking up a Hifonics connection. Not for the really big ones but the medium sizes, 300 RMS per channel.
let you know when I get it on lock.

sorry, maybe i did not get this, you americans dont pay taxes if you buy something??

anyway, its a good idea to try to get some discounts. I think some of the board-users actually tried something like this before (i am refering to those ugly "scheinwerfermasken") but their atempt failed.

what we do is pay $4.00 (3.20 Euro) and get a form that says we dont have to pay the 16% taxes.
So the more it costs the better off we are.
If I wanted to buy a body kit that costs 600 Euro I would use the form.

plus just by talking to the guy I could get a small discount on top of that...

that is a good idea Bilal....only thing is I pay those horrible german taxes in my paycheck!!! Anything you can do about that? Maybe I can use a VAT form?!!!
