Hallo zusammen,
Wir sind am verzweifeln.
Habe hier einen BMW F20 116i EZ 2015 der nach ca 20km beginnt zu kochen. Es kocht allerdings nur der kleine Kühlkreislauf, d.h. der grosse Kühlwasserschlauch vom Motor zum Kühler wird heiss und Steinhart. Daraufhin sprudelt der Ausgleichsbehälter das Wasser raus. Der Kühlwasserschlauch vom Kühler zum Wärmemanagementmodul (Thermostat) bleibt Eiskalt und Drucklos!
Es wurden bereits folgende Teile durch originale BMW Teile erneuert
- Wasserpumpe mit Pumpenträger 11 51 7 644 804
- Wärmemanagementmodul (Thermostat) 11 53 7 644 811
Wenn wir den Stellmotor vom neuen und alten Wärmemanagementmodul abziehen und das Modul manuell öffnen funktioniert alles einwandfrei!
Allerdings geht der Motor hier dann nach einer Weile in den Notlauf, MKL aktiv und der Lüfter läuft auf Vollgas (Schutzfunktion)
Es muss an dem Modul liegen, hat damit jemand Erfahrung?

[/font][font]However, only the small cooling circuit boils, ie the large cooling water hose from the engine to the radiator gets hot and rock hard. [/font][font]The water then spurts out of the expansion tank. [/font][font]The cooling water hose from the radiator to the heat management module (thermostat) remains ice cold and pressureless! [font][font]However, after a while the engine goes into emergency operation, MKL is active and the fan runs at full throttle (protective function) [/font][/font]
